Our company clients are mostly restaurants. Restaurants can sign up for our platform using a paper sign up form. The sales manager will go door to door to get restaurants to sign up. The form consists of 8 pages (50% are T&C) We need help to design this form. The text, content etc. is ready. I just need help to make everything look good, so that I have a file with which we can go to the printer and print out 1000 copies.
