Remote Network And System Administration Job In IT And Networking

Need a Cisco & Mikrotik expert for basic network config

I run a gaming cafe with a diskless server where the client PCs are running without hard disks and thus networking plays a vital role in the smooth functioning of our business, equally important is the internet and bandwidth management.

I have a pre-configured Mikrotik RB3011 router with 2 ISPs connected in failover mode, however Im not entirely happy with it as it doesnt consider packet loss and latency issues, the failover is set to trigger after maybe 6-10 timeouts which is also quite a lot when customers are playing online games. Hotspot is also configured but I need a good login page and maybe verification by SMS or email. Wired connections work on WAN1/2 but hotspot is configured to work on WAN2 by default, also we have the option to manually put wired clients on whichever WAN we want. These and some other things are preconfigured, besides these my requirements are posted below:

1. Better failover method so that online multiplayer games dont get disconnected while the change in ISP is taking place
2. Detection of packet loss and latency, failover should trigger automatically when it is too high.
3. Queue trees to manage internet bandwidth more effectively. Currently basic queues are already setup.
4. Throttling bandwidth hogs from gaming pcs and prioritizing traffic for multiplayer games. Game updates, windows updates, youtube etc should all be throttled.
5. Port forwarding for online game servers
6. Branded automatic login page for hotspot users and authentication by email or sms OTP. Currently very basic hotspot login is configured, and we have to add users manually through winbox.
7. Prevent counters from resetting after every reboot.
8. Time bound guest wifi profiles segregated by premium and basic bandwidth. Rudimentary version is already configured, but I want a better one.
9. Basic version already setup, I want a better one.

I recently changed an unmanaged netgear switch with a Cisco WS-C4948E 48 Ports Gigabit Layer 3 Switch 4 x 10G SFP+ but since the time Ive installed the new switch and hooked up my server to the 10G sfp+ uplink port on the Cisco, booting time of clients has doubled when it should have been reduced. Clients are taking too long to acquire the IP from the diskless server and thats slowing the entire boot cycle. So maybe the Cisco switch needs to be configured properly. I have configured the switch myself with some outside help but its not functioning as expected. Basically I want the clients to boot faster and better traffic management on the switch. I dont know what else can be done with a managed switch to improve the network further so Im open to suggestions.

These are the list of things that I could think of as of now and I will be adding to it when I can think of more requirements. Im also open to suggestions which will enhance our working environment, as Im not a networking expert myself.
