Find more Architecture remote jobs posted recently Worldwide

Looking for an experienced CAD person to create a set of 2D construction drawings for an apartment building. The drawings will include lighting, switching, receptacles, power outlets, TV, and data layouts for the apartment units as well as the common area (stairs, corridors, garage, exterior). You will receive AutoCAD .dwg files of the buildings and units as a starting point.

In addition to the layouts mentioned above, the plans will also include a one-line diagram, load calculations and electrical panel schedules. I will sketch the one-line drawing and provide the load calculations and panel schedules from an Excel file.
