Web Application Fully Optimized for Mobile

Overview: Something simple, but useful. Parents can enter their address into the system, then search by map or list of other parents near them, then click a button to send a message to arrange carpool or pick-up

Account Management: Reset password, delete account, edit info
Announcements: Pushed by admin or privileged users

User page/blob (Information): Available users, their contact information, user to user chat
Admin Panel: Manage all the users and announcements
