CAD draftsman required for general layout plan (test fit) for 3,500 sq. ft. night club

CAD draftsman required for general layout plan for a nightclub for test fit purposes. Draftsman should transfer scanned copy of developers floor plan into CAD format (scaling off required).

For easy reference, information on required furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) and room functions is provided by way of test fit done for an alternative site. The same FF&E and rooms are wanted in this test fit which is for an alternative site. A bar is required on both floors. Hence, some interior design knowledge is required. F&B interior design experience would be particularly helpful.

Provided documents: developers floor plan (scanned copy), test fit for an alternative site (CAD available).

Deliverables: One (1) general layout in CAD and PDF format.
