Developer for an eCommerce Site with customer customization features

Im looking for an eCommerce site in which my customers can design their own wall art.

Customers must be able to select from a list of pre-designed templates.

Customers must be able to personalize their wall art with words, colours, font type, etc. Please go all the way to the end on the logo creation process so you can understand what Im looking for. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FEATURE I AM SEEKING.

Customers must be able to pay with Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, etc.
