We are looking for a developer to work on building our website ASAP. We are an internet provider so we have our own servers (MS IIS) ready for wordpress etc or whatever you would recommend. We want something with CMS so we can make changes etc easily. Likely start with a template and get it working fully and go from there. Some development with some APIs that will integrate with the site, all well documented and used all the time with ISPs.
