UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a UX/UI designer with a proven track record of delivering user centric solutions.

Minimum qualifications:
-Experience creating user flows and wireframes to build user interface mockups and prototypes.
-Portfolio highlighting projects that demonstrates experiences crafting usable digital interfaces.
-UI design, visual design, user centric flows, collaborate with developers to ship designs.

Preferred qualifications:
-Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features, all with a user-centered design process.
-Skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy.

About the job:
The team is creating an online marketplace for arranging or offering employment in Latin America. The company will act as a broker, receiving commissions from each employee-employer match. Our goal is to provide flexibility to employers and to give employees autonomy over their jobs. You will help us create a platform to level the labor playing field and make the best employee-employer matches. In other words, you will help shape the future of how businesses in LATAM hire freelance employees.

Responsibilities:
-Work in partnership with engineers and founders to produce high quality and specific requirements.
-Write quality designs that make sound design decisions
-Provide estimates and dependencies for tasks.
