Developer needed for searchable image and text based content store with user created submissions

Id like the platform to be built on gcloud.
Id like the backend to be mainly node
Id prefer the front end to be vue.js based but open.

Im looking for the initial groundwork to be done for the user submission and the data store as well as the search capabilities. The front end just needs basic usability as I will do the finalizing/design.
