We are looking for a highly prepared tech engineer with a University degree in computer science, or in a related field with a strong emphasis on e-learning, instruction design, web design. Between10 to 15 years of relevant work experience; Demonstrated ability to work with subject matter experts in the localization of e-learning modules which deal with complex topics or detailed procedures resulting in effective e-learning resources; At least 3 years of recent experience in use of HTML and CSS in support of e-learning development; Demonstrated experience in developing SCORM packages, working with TinCan/xAPI and working with common e-learning management systems such as Moodle. Demonstrated experience with Articulate Storyline/Authoring Tool.
