Developer needed for website/mobile app

For my company, I am looking for someone who can create a iOS/Android app. I already have a website, this website is also converted into a Andorid app I have already an order system, you can buy stuff and pay in cash or with creditcard etc. Im only missing one thing and that is a live tracking GPS system. All the orders that are created are orders from our customors that are in the same city as us. i would like that after they have entered the order (when they have received that order number) that they can also live track our Van where it drives at the moment, how many orders it has to do before it arrived to the customor and how long it will take.

My procedure now:

step1: Order
step2: customer and the driver receives order cofirmation
step3: driver will go to the customer
step4: the Van has arived (mostly within 30 minutes) at the front door of their house with the icecold beer that they have ordered during night time, the customor will be called by the driver that he has arived.
Step5: the driver has bringe the order successfully and will go on to the next customer

So as you can see i am missing extra information for the customers as they are mostly not patient and want to know how long it takes and where we are at the moment. Hopefully this wonderfull app (which should also be available on the website) will help me and my customers.

We already have a website including a order system. The only thing that need to be added is a live tracking system from the Van (android phone or such)

So in short i am looking for someone who can develop this or has already a demo/mock up to show me.
