quick modify existing php postgresql script

got an running php script that save singer/song/and 3 url to a pgsql

need to modify it to a new page to save imei,long,lat,date,time,ip to pgsql/postgis

need to enable postgis indexing to find nearby user between x mins

need a php page for user to enter an imei and display past location

user can click on a location to open a google map page and see a track of past movement for the past x mins


further dev will add auth with email/sms verification)
backup/restore db daily
user can request faster updates
another 6 to 12 milestones after
