Microsoft Exchange Engineer

3 month project onsite in Costa Mesa, CA

Technical Requirements:
- Experience with large Exchange 2013 deployments
- 5+ years experience in Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange 2013 administration
- Working knowledge of Windows 2008/2016 Active Directory and Microsoft clustering technology
- Migration experience including experience migrating from Exchange Server 2013 to Exchange Online
- Experience in planning, designing and implementing and troubleshooting Exchange 2013 Hybrid configuration
- Understand various access methods including POP, IMAP, OWA, MAPI, Outlook Anywhere, and SMTP Mailflow)
- Expertise in troubleshooting server problems with a focus on rapid resolution of any system outages
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills allowing the ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees and management
- Ability to work with other departments to gather and distribute information
- Ability to meet long-term and last-minute deadlines while working under pressure
- Ability to strictly maintain confidential data
Certification desired but not required
- MCSE on Recent Windows Server version
- Exchange Certification
