Need 1-3 graphic designers as test finalists to create a design template & HTML for postcard

This is for an ongoing project and we will need lots of additional postcard templates in the future. As a test, we are looking for 1-3 designers, and we will ask each designer to create a mockup of a card (budget: $20). I have attached several files with instructions and text for the card. We will be judging each submission based on the quality of the graphic presentation, based on the materials we are providing.

We will select up to 3 designers as finalists for this test, with the plan to select 1 winner at the end of the test.

This account is newly opened for this project, although the principals have significant experience using the Toogit platform.
