Convert EasyLanguage (TradeStation) code/logic into simple Binance Python API bot

A (relatively) simple EasyLanguage (TradeStation) code/logic needs to be converted into a simple Binance Python API trading script, which runs 24/7 and executes trade based on a (very) simple set of criteria. See below for details of the script.

The logic itself is simple. Key is to master the binance API, and get a script which runs and smoothly executes trades (long and short) when buy or sell signals are generated, and handles existing and new positions.

The deliverable is a readily executable python script, into which I just plug my binance key, and its ready to run.
