DWG AS-BUILT PLAN DELIVERABLES:

1. Floor Plan

Point cloud pickup. A checklist & scope of work for details


AutoCAD dwg file drafted via use of point cloud. We will provide 360 photos and still images for reference as well.


PLAN SPECIFICATIONS:

Drafter must use ApexAB template and follow included examples; please see additional specs below.

Typical dimensions to nearest 1/8.
Exterior wall lengths to be drafted to nearest 1 tolerance.
Wall thicknesses drafted to nearest 1/4 (use identical wall thicknesses wherever possible, while maintaining 1/4 tolerance). Use a typical exterior/interior wall thickness if at all possible.
Door & window dimensions drafted to nearest 1 tolerance.
Stair/step and floor to floor heights shown to nearest 1 tolerance.
Millwork drafted to nearest 1 tolerance. Use standard dimensions i.e. 12, 24, etc.

*Drafter must be familiar with using point clouds to draw their models, as we typically conduct a 3D laser scan and then produce our deliverables from that data.
