I am looking for a specialist in facial recognition and biometric data to work on a project that will use things such as facial recognition, pupil dilation, heart rate, potential ecg etc to indicate severe tiredness but also to test for the presence of drugs and/or alcohol in the persons system.

Ideally this will be integrated into a bespoke app - details of this will be outlined at a later stage.

For now - please provide some info/experience of the above and anything specific to the tiredness/drugs/alcohol detection.
