We are looking for an architectural technician / team of technicians to complete domestic drawings for clients, to a high standard, in a timely manner. The architectural technician must be able to use CAD efficiently.
Understanding of UK construction methods is crucial. Basic building regulations knowledge would be beneficial.
We would be looking for around 3-4 projects per week to be completed by the freelancer.
We would send over the measured survey of the property along with the brief for the proposed drawings. We would require existing floor plans and elevations, proposed floor plans and elevations and section of the structure.

I will share some examples with shortlisted candidates.
