HTML Data parse and create a rest api service (Crawler)

We seriously need someone can help us parse the existing html data, and provide the REST api to other components.

The url is something like https://mobile.48365365.com/?apptype=&appversion=&cb=1528634636#type=MarketCount;key=1-1-8-69223585-3-0-0-0-1-0-0-0-0-0-1-0-0-16-0-1-0-0-0;ip=0;lng=2

The workflow of your service would be:
1. other component will send you the URL to your rest api, like above
2, your service accept and parse that html page, and return back the parsed data in JSON format.

This work should be done in hours, fast delivery, fast payment.

We will not pay any coins if the delivery is exceed the deadline.
