Simple Tracking in After FX

Hi,

I have a single clip which is off a laptop screen that moves down the frame and the camera tills smoothly from top to bottom. The movement is gentle and vertical only.

I need a null layer with tracking data so that I can apply it to a new layer (on top of the laptop screen). I could sit down and watch Mocha tutorials but I would prefer to offer the job here!

I am also wondering about the finger going across the screen. It is possible to track that and give me a separate layer of just the finger so I can add that on top of my image?

My end result with therefore be:

1). New solid layer 1920 x 1080 with corner pin.

2). Null layer with tracking data.

3). Additional layer of finger for the 1st second only so that I can put that on top of the new screen image (replacing the solid).
