Dev with OpenStreetMaps experience needed

Working on a project where I need to display a map and calculate distance / driving time.

It would need to display a route from Point A to Point B to Point C.. etc..

It would need to show the total miles and total drive time.

I would need this done with openstreetmaps or any other similar free tool.
I will provide all pictures with shortlisted candidates for understanding of what I am trying to accomplish.
