Gallery WebViewer - RFQ 10212019

Create a Web Viewer application that allows a user to view a gallery of images grouped by image naming sequence
- Create a Web Viewer, browser based, application that allows a user to view images
- All submissions must be received by end of this week to be considered.
- Project to begin on Monday
- All Quoted prices must be valid for 90 days from date of submission.
- All prices must include total charges for delivering the MVP. No price increases after the project is awarded, will be accepted.
- We reserve the right to reject all offers; to reject individual offers for failure to meet any requirement; to award by item, part or portion of an item, group of items, or total.
- Vendor may attach separate page describing proposal for services.
