React developer needed for Web App

I am developing a React App and require help with the following:
- oAuth2 integration (Okta?)
- PostgreSQL based user access, file storage

The app is to provide companies access to different files (PDF, Excel, etc) and embedded analytics pages.

If successful, this project will turn into a long-term effort, but I am looking for a developer or two who can help develop the Proof of Concept that is very lean and simple.
