Installing parsoid and visualeditor for a windows-based mediawiki.

I have a current mediawiki running on an XAMPP server. I would like to be able to set up the visualeditor extension for this wiki, but have run into trouble actually installing it and getting it to work. Apparently this extension requires parsoid which I dont have the expertise to set up
