I need a WordPress plugin that will allow visitors to upload videos using the Interplanetary File System (IPFS), then stream those videos to my WordPress site as users click on the video play button.

I will share a link with shortlisted candidates.

Ideally, here is what I would like. Users click on upload and select the video file they want uploaded to IPFS. A record of that video is made in WordPress media list with that videos IPFS hashtag. Once uploaded, that user can then create posts referencing that hashtag, which effectively embeds that video file into the Wordpress page for playback by visitors.

Let me know if that doesnt make sense.
