AWS solution architect needed to setup solution a new project

Looking for a AWS expert who has experience in setting up infrastructure using serverless framework or amplify.

Our application structure is something like below

Root
|__backend =>AWS services
|__webapp => ReactJS App
|__mobile => ReactNative app

AWS Stack we would like to use

For backend we require
APPSync
Lamda
RDS (Connected via lamda service and not Aurora)
SNS
Cognito

For frowned we require
Hosting / S3
CloudFront for static assets
Route 53
Cognito

What is expected of you?
Your AWS expertise to advise best practice
Please keep end user data privacy in mind
CI/CD will be used for project so that configuration such as environment variables are not exposed. You will need to keep this in mind while designing your solution
A sample project which with server less or amplify configuration which will produce above outcome
A landscape diagram of end state
