Create Web Browser App for iOS Appstore

Were a CSE, custom search engine, that needs web browser app for iOS only. We already have Android browser built via webview.

Your quote should have the following milestones:

1 - Create an iOS app for a single that shows CSE webpage as a homepage in a webview, opens links as new webviews, overriding the search/address bar to use the CSE and to keep browsing within the app.

2 - Bookmark star icon, view bookmarks menuitem, and page with list of bookmarks

3 - History and recent lists

4 - Download page to sdcard and page with list of past downloads

we also need to confirm the settings and mutiple tabs options are included
