Server Security & optimization needed

I have a small server that run CentOS Linux 7.6 & plesk control panel.

I just migrated my php website to this new server & I want to secure the server before pointing the domain to this new server.

so I want to :

1 - apply best security practices

2 - optimize the server to run as best as possible

you should harden the server to help prevent hacking & check to make sure that everything is configured in the right way

you should do this while ensuring that the website on the server is running smoothly without any problems

please send me a list of tasks that you recommend doing to achieve this job & the price & time you need to finish this job.
