Autocad Map3d - Mini Grid (electrical grid)

This job is a about a mini grid (electrical grid) design. The drawing for the mini grid is existing. It has to be modified with the following.

Each pole can be connected to households within 30 meter. The number of households (several houses in one compound) which are within 30 meter are requried.

-> households must be created by combining houses in one compound
-> households must be signed with an ID (number from 1 to approx 500)
-> the object of the pole must be market with the number of households within 30 meter
-> a csv is expected which lists the household ID and the relevant pole

I will share an example mini grid (please ignore the student version indication). If this job is successful 2 further mini grids will follow.
