Advertising Display Loop - Display Advertising to a tablet and LED display unit.

The project is to display advertising jpgs or messages onto a tablet, or mobile phone, and display messages onto a LED display using DMX files.

This is for Logo displays and to generate and track advertising displays. I see three folders:
Logo Folder,
Local Advertising Folder
National Advertising Folder

In each folder will be png, or jpg files, and/or dmx files. This program will be called from our local PHP web server and will display the logo files, then the local advertising files, then the national advertising files, to the mobile device and the LED display.

Each time a file is presented, you will create a record in the Monthly Advertising Detail file, which will log the Machine ID, Ad file displayed, date, time, duration of display
