Statistician for Small Area Estimation Project

We are looking for an experienced statistician to help with a small area estimation project. We need to take national-level government data and calculate county-level and census tract-level estimates of this data.

We are looking for someone who can create the necessary statistical models as well as write scripts to process the data using R or Python.
