First and for most, I looking for a programmer develop / Architect who has already written a similar programme to what I have detailed below. Due to the fact we are only a small business and cant afford to has a database written from scratch. Please see my brief explanation below.

The database would hold all the tenants details I.e Name, address. Contact numbers, Email, Size of premises, Lease term, deposit held, break clauses, lease end date, schedule of condition, schedule of dilapidations, tenant moving in checklist, tenant moving out checklist etc.

The database would also hold pdf of all the tenants certification I.e Gas, electric, certification etc.

One of the main functions we report is email scheduling and be able to report on outstanding Certification etc.
