Were looking to hire a true rockstar who can make her/him-self available to help us scout and hire the best talent out there. This is a 1-2mo contract for 20h+/week with possibility for an ongoing engagement if all goes well. This is mainly a recruiting role today but we see it evolving to the appropriate person providing us with HR solutions beyond recruitment (i.e. contracting, management etc) this is NOT the main priority though. This is for an immediate or near-immediate start.
Background:
We are a digital agency. We develop for web and mobile. Were growing and so is our need to find talent. We mostly look for programming as well as design talent but we might also need assistance in hiring project managers or other functions. We live and breath and remote culture but have offices in three continents. We are also incredibly busy and realise us (management) doing the hiring wont cut it anymore. We know what we want though, so your role will be more of getting out there and making sure we are communicating and reaching people. Advice is also appreciated. We (management) will do final vetting / interview / hiring. We have clear criteria we want followed and can document that.
What should the person we are looking forward do?
- Write job descriptions based on example;
- Keep our hiring page updated with our needs;
- Do first level filtering of candidates;
- Schedule interviews and make sure candidates get (and respond to) tests;
- Help us write up our hiring pages to make those attractive to candidates;
- Manual scouting of key positions / people via LinkedIn and other mediums (we can provide directions on what we want);
- Post our jobs in every relevant board;
- Research to help us identify ideal package compensations for different locations;
- Help us hire on Toogit (weve a long history here) for key positions or short-term help;
And the ideal person will:
- Have fluent understanding, writing and speaking of English;
- Be a self-started - we dont want to have to tell you everything.
- Dont log more hours than necessary. Well have a ton of work to do. Well also be happy to pay higher rates for quality work. We dont want 20h to post on a job board though.
- Some level of experience (or/and comfort) hiring for tech roles;
- (Bonus for) speaking Ukrainian, Hindu, Russian (key hiring markets) but NOT MANDATORY;
- (Bonus for) LinkedIn Recruiter Account
