User/Usability Testing and Card Sorting on Proposed Website Navigation

I am working to redesign our company websites primary website navigation. We are seeking someone with a strong background in UX testing to assist us with two forms of user testing.

First, we are seeking someone to help us conduct a card sorting exercise to determine the best hierarchy and classification for links on and in the menu. We will deliver to you a spreadsheet with the proposed navigation hierarchy for this test.

Second, once card sorting has validated the navigation hierarchy we will update our mockups of the new navigation. We would then like to conduct user testing on two Adobe XD low-fi mock ups of primary website navigation to determine which will perform better for users. These designs are completed by our internal designer, but we do not have any resources for usability testing.

Some of the key actions we would like to validate are that is easy to find:
- Where to log into online banking
- Where to find a personal loan to fund an unexpected expense, such as a vehicle expense like new tires
- Where to find and apply for a credit card
- Where to open an account to place or increase their savings
- Finding out ABA routing number (used to send money to other people and between banks, for example)

As a UX expert we would like your view on how we can translate these into an effective set of user tests of our navigation mock ups.
