Responsive website Theme

Our group is a real estate investment group in Sacramento. They are well known for buying and selling hotels, residential income properties and also for the community work they do. I am working on a new website for them and i am looking for a developer to either customize an existing wordpress theme or build a custome one for the client. We have some inspiration websites that we can refer to but we want this side to be elegant, user friendly and be able to convert. There are the following pages as of now: Home, Portfolio, ABout Us, Community, Investor, Contact Us.

I am happy to provide more info if required to fully understand the scope of this project.

I will share a project plan that i am using for this and it will give more ideas and requirements of the design.
