By automated I mean that the Ecommerce products on every page will match the topic of the article for that page, eiither by keywords, algorithm, programming or other method on an automated basis and NOT entered manually.

So, for example, if the topic of the article is artificial intelligence then all the ecommerce products on that page would also be related to artificial intelligence.
