Migrate web app from Server 2008r2 to Server 2016

We have a web app that has a mobile app tied to it that was written many years ago. It is hosted on 08r2 with sql 08r2 along with crystal reports for web reporting. It needs to be migrated to Server 2016 and sql 2017. It is not very complex at all, very small actually. I have the new vm setup with sql installed all patched, networking will be the same. I just need the iis website moved to the new server, functionality testing will be done by me. Then we will backup and restore the database. Im hoping it wont be too complex. You must have experience doing this and work on EST (UTC-5) with me via skype. Please send me a message with the type of projects you have done which are similar to this. Ideally I would like to find someone who can handle this project, give you a copy of the website code and such so you can analyze things on your own time and then come back to me with a project plan so we can migrate to the new server on the weekend.
