Need a programmer who can code a math equation for me

I need a person who can code in Perl, Python and C to write a program to function a math equation.
This equation is quick and simple but I need the code work for all three programs of Perl, Python and C. I will share the equation as a image with shortlisted candidates. Please let me know if you can do this all.
