URGENT!!!!: Android and IOS Expert Developer for a Brand New App Creation (Long Job).

IT IS NOT A FIXED PRICE JOB!!!
BID IF YOU ONLY WANT TO WORK IN A HOURLY PAID JOB. THANKS.

Candidate should:

1- Be very responsive... available always on Toogit.com. (No EXCUSES!) If you say youre responsive and youre not, or ignoring me online, then Ill cancel the contract.

2- Should work probably on the requirements, and never to overpromise. If youre not willing to give proper work, then do not waste my time or yours and do not bid.

3- Be passionate about the apps development and IOS jobs... you should know what youre doing.

4- English and communication should be easy and smart.

5- Should be free for Android and IOS jobs. And you should provide results on urgent basis.

6- If I talk to you, you should be so responsive. Be clear about working hours. Delivery and fixing errors time estimations. I dont need any embarrassments with my clients.

7- If youre having internet issues, such as electricity issues... PLEASE DO NOT BID! I have no time for that, please understand.

8- FIRST BIG PART OF PAYMENT IS SENT AS WE START THE JOB!!!!

9- Everything should be handled smoothly, with sessions on how to do different things on the brand new app itself.

Communication Terms:

- A dedicated developer/pm to be assigned for my work. All contacts for this dedicated individual to be provided.

- Correct working hours to be provided in GMT+3 Time zone. Sunday is the only off day. Thats what I need to work with.

- Main communication which is accountable is through Toogit.com

- If my customer or I have any sort of query, then you should answer it on time using Toogit.com messages. Especially while youre on work hours. Maximum allowed time to reply is an hour. (You have 1-hour maximum to respond to my queries).

- When work is assigned, excuses are not accepted, ie: internet issue, weather problems. Its your responsibility to be online for work. If you cannot assure this... No need for us to work. This includes any accidental problems. Any excuse is not accepted.

- You should be online on SKYPE, not offline when you are on work hours.

- Any public holiday is your right. But you should tell me before you go off for public holidays.

- If any of these terms above are not met, I have the right to cancel the contract completely. If you really into business you should meet these requirements.

- All these terms have been put before to avoid any sort of delays or communication problems which occurred many times before. Agreeing to these terms is an assurance made by you that they wont happen at all.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- The final app is for a luxury racing horses team.

- We need for a smart-experienced-developer on Android and IOS, to create an application for our luxury racing horses team.

- If you dont know Android and IOS... PLEASE DO NOT BID.

- We will need to monitor via this brand new app:

* Horses performance
* Horses health
* Horses food nutrition
* Horses races calendar
* Horses gallery of pictures
* Horses training
* Horses medical vaccinations
* Horses trophies history
* Horses pedigree history

Ill provide icons and logos to be used in the overall app.

You have to give me a strategy of the colors... etc. I want someone who knows how an application for our luxury racing horses team should look like. Quality looking pages over all that are easy to read and drive high performance and strong attention of both followers and customers. A luxury, dynamic and Passion for Excellence atmosphere/design/look is required.

The overall app should have the same look/feel. All to be done using Android and IOS tools only.

Once this project is finished, there is going to be another project on the same topic directly depending on your quality of work.

Ill send the first big payment as soon as the project starts. We understand that you can cross the budget.
