He/she hould have an in-depth knowledge with experience of development & design work with proper code standards, hooks and filters in WordPress. Also, he/she should have an working experience of designing the plugin in wordpress.org because the tasks also involves a good creative design creation as well.

Wordpress Nginx Vesta CP Hetzner : Site Shows as 404
