Programmer needed for re-writing a VBA program into a SAS program

DELIVERABLES:

We have a program written in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) which needs to be translated into SAS code. Specifically, we will require:

1.) A high level flow chart describing what the VBA code is doing in terms of: inputs and outputs, processes, and calculations / manipulations done to the dataset/matrices. The flow chart should NOT be a technical document. It should describe to a non-technical reader exactly how the data is manipulated from start to finish.

2.) An equivalent version of the VBA code written in SAS

3.) Proof / verification that both the VBA code and SAS code produce the exact same results given the same data set

4.) A high level flow chart similar to item 1, describing the SAS code and how it is manipulating the data

ADDITIONAL REQUIRMENTS

- The flow charts should be clear and understandable to us. If there is any confusion, additional clarification questions may be asked
