Video Editor and Storyteller Needed

I am looking for a powerful visual storyteller who can assist me in at least two separate projects:

Project 1: Overview existing footage of group coaching calls to extract small chunks and edit them for YouTube, and other social media.

Project 2: Take audio recordings of my writings and turn them into amazing visual clips with B-roll, effects, and subtitles.

The proper fit will be creative, and able to look through many hours of video to find the best sections to tell the story. Should be capable of self-management once we have agreed on a tone.

I have included two samples. One is a poem I would like to record audio for and have a video created around (similar to the videos Prince Ea makes) the other is a 20-minute clip of a 2-hour group call that I would like to have the nuggets of wisdom pulled out and edited together. This is to give you an idea of what the two projects will be like.

If interested, let me know what (and how) you would charge for your service. If we like each other and work well together there is a ton of content for us to work on (I have over 400 spoken word pieces and over a hundred hours of video group calls with more being recorded and written all the time).
