Customer Support - Live Chat, Email - LONG TERM

This is long term ongoing contract for the a person whos looking for stable around 20 hours a week contract.

We are looking for a customer service assistant for a US based established invitations business. Email support and chat support. You are logged in to chat and respond to incoming chat. For a given day 3-5 chats that takes average 1-2 hours total.

Must Qualifications: -

- Good written & spoken US English
- Availability Mon-Fri during USA daytime (PST, Los Angeles time)
- Some customer support knowledge/experience
- Excellent computer skills and MS word & Excel

PLUS Qualification:
- Live customer support experience

Responsibilities:
1. Email & chat support to customers.
2. Some miscellaneous administrative work
