Expert needed for .NET desktop development

We are designing and implementing a new software platform for automotive industry and we need high level expertise for following subjects. Person should maintain current .NET desktop application by adding new features and fixing bugs.

We wish that you have deep knowledge concerning following technologies:
- .NET
- XML technologies (schema, xslt, xPath, svg)
- IEC61131-3 industrial logic programming (specially Function Block Diagram)

This is quite an urgent project and work will start immediately.
