Loooking for Talented Writer (TRAVEL Guides)

I hope youre well.
I am looking for an excellent writer to join my publishing company and produce awesome, high-quality non-fiction content for us. This is a location independent job - you can live anywhere.
The job would require you to produce well researched, excellently written books for a TRAVEL- Guide books (All around the World). If the first job is completed successfully and to a high level of quality, we can discuss long term work.
If youre hired for this position and the work is of excellent quality, then we can discuss a long-term relationship in which you would join my team of writers. This means that you would have a steady stream of projects to work on as we are continually publishing books, the only limit would be the time you have available.
1) I will pay about $50 per book (average book of 30-35 pages or 100 Tips / 80-100 words each). Please note that the amount specified in the job posting was simply a placeholder. (DELETE ME IF NOT RELEVANT).
2) You must have an excellent grasp of the English language and write well in everyday English - ideally English should be your first language.
3) An important condition is - personal travel experience! Planning for independent travel (regardless of the country of the world)
4) You should also be aware that you will be required to sign a quick non-disclosure agreement before the work begins.
5) Additionally, all work will be subjected to a plagiarism check (!!!) via a service such as CopyScape (more 95% uniq text), I know this isnt going to be necessary but it is required to protect the company.
