App Developer Needed for Word Editing App Mockup and Design

Im looking for someone who can help me create mockup footage/stills of a word-processing app (think Grammarly, but simpler) to use in a Kickstarter campaign and then help develop the app as it gets funding.

The app will ideally run in a browser tab with the option to download it (eventually) across all platforms.

The right professional will be:
-Reliable
-Comfortable working with a startup
-Willing to share ideas and give helpful input
-Ready to sign an NDA and non-compete
-Interested in long-term profits as well as short-term
-Friendly
-Able to meet deadlines
-Experienced with app development and creating mockups
-Experienced enough to help flesh out the app if its missing anything
-Communicative
-Able to self-manage(!!)
-Interested in moving to a full-time position with the company in the future
