Single Family residence - architect/designer needed

Id like a 2000 sqft house designed for a gentle sloped lot in the Santa Monica Mountains. I will need a site plan, elevations, floor plans and a vicinity map for the fire department as well as title 24 and a 6 photo key map of the property. My budget is $4000 with a 3-4 week turn around.
