I have a very long pdf that I would like a quote on to turn it into a responsive webpage. Setting up the webpage is less important as just getting the text to be viewed on a mobile device. All the complex items on the pdf can be turned into an image if needed.

Requirements
- All text and tables are device responsive with the primary use case of mobile

Nice to Haves:
- Turh book bars into left navigation that is collapsible via hamburger menu

This is very much about speed and low lift level, I do not need anything fancy, I just need to read it on mobile.
