I need a reliable Mobile Game App development freelancer who is very good in Android game development to develop a game app that allows two players to wager on games on the app like cards and dice [more games to be included later] ....

Each user makes an in app purchase to buy coins that will be used as a wager to compete with other players who place the same bet, the winner takes all but pays 20% on payout to the app owners

Users should also be able to withdraw their coins and get paid as cash into their prospective accounts after winnings, just like a mobile casino.

The game comes with a feature of in app chats between multiplayers

The game will come with security so there won't be backdoor rigging. Other information comes later but how much would this cost me. Give me an estimate and why you think you are the right choice for this project.
