Deliverable : a concept powerpoint presentation for a master land plan of 2 pieces of 35 hectares. First 35 hectares contains hot spring spa, villas (25 units, each 0.0667 hectares), golf. Second 35 hectares contains 500 units of farm stay (each unit 0.0667 hectares).

Also included in the concept paper must also have the cable cars between mountains, and helicopter landing pad.
